Replacing or repairing of damaged equipment supplied for the purpose of off-site monitoring. |

Includes a new USB hard drive installed at each site. These are collected by Compucam or sent by courier when the hard drives are full. |

The video footage is viewed by Compucam at their offices. |

A monthly report is submitted to the client outlining incidents, staff behavior and suspicious events. |

Together with the report a CD copy of these events is included for viewing and decision making regarding actions that management feel may be necessary. |

A hard copy of all events will be archived at the offices of Compucam for later retrieval if necessary. |
