CompuCam offers a number of very important services to clients, including consultancy, maintenance and off-site monitoring.

You can make use of our consultancy service to help you determine what your surveillance needs are, and how these needs can be met in a cost-effective and efficient manner, while still utilising the most current technology available.

Monthly maintenance and off-site monitoring covers, inter alia, the following:

Compucam A comprehensive inspection of ALL equipment, accessories and components included in the system.
Compucam ALL labor charges in respect of rendering the service envisaged.
Compucam Upgrading software when available.
Compucam De-fragmentation and repair logs of Hard Drives.
Compucam Replacing or repairing of damaged equipment supplied for the purpose of off-site monitoring.
Compucam Includes a new USB hard drive installed at each site. These are collected by Compucam or sent by courier when the hard drives are full.
Compucam The video footage is viewed by Compucam at their offices.
Compucam A monthly report is submitted to the client outlining incidents, staff behavior and suspicious events.
Compucam Together with the report a CD copy of these events is included for viewing and decision making regarding actions that management feel may be necessary.
Compucam A hard copy of all events will be archived at the offices of Compucam for later retrieval if necessary.
